My mom got me a Lives of the Saints book for Christmas and I thought it would be nice to do Lenten sketching meditations from the book. Yesterday’s saint was Terasius. He was the Patriarch of Contstantiople after being secretary to Constantine. He worked diligently to reform the clergy and the people throughout his life and tried to make sure that not one person was overlooked in the distribution of alms.
St. Conrad was a wealthy nobleman living in Italy and accidentally started a brush fire while hunting. Another man was blamed for it and was almost put to death, but feeling guilty, Conrad took the blame. Both he and his wife decided to devote their lives to God after this.
